Erin is a licensed mental health counselor. She earned her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher in 2017. Erin has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults and has helped individuals struggling with feelings of anxiety and depression, self-harming behaviors, and challenging life transitions.

Erin’s approach combines person-centered, narrative, and cognitive-behavioral techniques. She believes that you are the expert in your own life and are fully capable of working through your struggles. She recognizes that sometimes you need a little backup to see the strength within yourself and often shares the sentiment, “You got this, let me help you feel like you got this.”

Erin loves her two German Shepherds, crafting, and baking (anything but macaroons). She is passionate about helping others and would love to join you on your journey.
