she/her

Jessica is a licensed mental health counselor. She earned her M.S. in mental health counseling from St. John Fisher in 2015. Jessica has a history of working with adults, teenagers, couples, and families impacted by anxiety, depression, grief, and overwhelming life stressors. She has also worked with co-occurring disorders, codependency, and addiction.

Jessica’s approach to therapy combines psycho-education, cognitive, and narrative therapy. This and her belief that everyone is the best expert in their life allows her to help clients build on their strengths while addressing barriers. She is passionate about helping clients build and learn skills to help them become more resilient and improve their relationships.

When not in session, Jessica spends time with her family, out in nature, or doing something creative. Art has taught her the value of enjoying the process rather than the outcome. Jessica is currently working on becoming a 46er and has completed the 90-mile Erie Canalway challenge the last two summers.
