Mackenzie is a graduate of St. John Fisher’s Mental Health Counseling Graduate Program.

Mackenzie’s approach is strengths-based and informed by Existentialism, Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered techniques. Mackenzie’s work is identity-affirming. They enjoy supporting their clients by bringing light to their strengths and finding creative approaches to challenges. Mackenzie places value on rapport-building and healing through healthy relationships. They have experience working with adolescents who are going through challenges adjusting to changes in their lives. Their work explores accessible ways of introducing evidence-based self-regulation techniques and healthy coping skill-building to younger clients. Mackenzie also works with adults who are experiencing anxiety and/or depressive symptoms. Their work encompasses building self-esteem, boundary work, interpersonal relationship dynamics, gender identity, sexual identity, grief, complex traumas, and other life transitions.

With a formal education background, their passion for mental health and well-being drew them to this field. They also enjoy creating art and spending time outdoors.

Mackenzie’s fees:
$100 for a 50 - 60 minute session

Mackenzie is unable to take insurance at this time but can provide a Superbill for insurance reimbursement.
