Megan is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She earned her Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Sage Graduate School in 2013. Since then, Megan has gained experience working with adolescents, adults, and families and has helped individuals who identify with substance use and addiction concerns, anxiety, relationships, family dynamics, codependency, life transitions, and other related topics.
Megan combines narrative therapy, schema-focused therapy, solution-focused, and patient-centered aspects to her approach. Megan values the therapeutic relationship and works towards allowing you the opportunity to hold the mirror up and reflect with guidance from her. Megan wants you to be in the driver's seat of your experience and learn to trust yourself as you navigate through this thing we call life.
Megan loves spending time with her furbaby, Oliver, and her husband, traveling, reading, binging TV shows, and trying new recipes. She loves being a part of someone's journey and is excited to help you take that first leap!
