Meghan Cobham, MHC-LP

Meghan is a provisionally licensed mental health counselor working toward full licensure. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher University in 2024. Meghan’s previous experience as a private Nanny and Assistant Teacher provides her with first-hand experience in early childhood development. She also has a second degree in BFA Musical Theater and is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor.

Meghan’s therapeutic approach is strengths-based and integrative, combining person-centered, ACT, IFS, and Existentialism techniques. Meghan views mental health in a holistic way, and uses this evidence-based approach to collaboratively work with clients to meet their therapeutic goals. Meghan values the importance of individualizing treatment based on each person and family’s specific needs. Counseling is a safe and supportive space to help you navigate through life. Meghan’s goal is to help you let go of what’s been holding you back from the person you are meant to be, have healthier, more successful relationships, and live a life that is aligned with your values.

Outside of work, Meghan loves spending time with her husband and fur babies Milo, Bentley, and Luca. Meghan also loves practicing yoga, performing in musicals (when she can), traveling, being outside, and baking. She can’t wait to be a part of your life journey and help you grow!

$100 for an individual session
$115 for a family or couple’s session

Meghan is unable to take insurance at this time but can provide a Superbill for insurance reimbursement.
