Molly is a mental health counselor working towards licensure. She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Medaille University in 2022. Molly’s primary experience has been working with adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders, body image, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships.

Molly’s approach combines person-centered, narrative, relational-cultural theory, and cognitive behavioral techniques. She emphasizes treating the whole person and uses this evidence-based approach to collaboratively work with you to meet your therapeutic needs. Each person is unique and Molly tailors each session in a way that honors the individual’s lived experiences. Counseling is a reassuring space to remind you that you are not alone in this. Molly’s goal is to help you recognize the strength you already have and empower you to create the active change you want in your life.

$100 for an individual session
$115 for a family session
