Molly’s work focuses on supporting adolescents and adults through life’s challenges, particularly those related to eating disorders, body image concerns, women’s health, and major life transitions. Molly has experience helping individuals in recovery from disordered eating, as well as guiding women through the emotional and psychological shifts of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. Molly also supports teens and young adults as they navigate identity, academic pressures, relationships, and the transitions into adulthood.
Molly specializes in these deeply personal and transformative times, helping clients reconnect with themselves and move toward a more empowered, healthy, and authentic life. Molly’s therapeutic approach integrates person-centered, narrative, relational-cultural theory, and acceptance and commitment techniques (ACT).
