How YOU Can Make a Difference

  • Wear blue and green to show support.

  • Share resources and facts – Misinformation hurts people; the truth helps.

  • Skip the diet talk – No more “I’m being bad for eating this” or “I need to earn my food.”

  • Encourage open conversations – Make mental health a normal, judgment-free topic.

Recovery starts with awareness, support, and the right resources. If you or someone you know needs help, we’re here for you. Throughout the week, Cognition Co. will be sharing more blogs and posts with information about eating disorders, recovery, body image, and how to let go of societal pressures and diet culture. Stay tuned for more!
